So nice. Very clear and realistic light. Love all the details as usual.

Nice house. Like the regularity and simplicity.

With those cars, you think they'd be able to afford a clean-up the brickwork! πŸ˜‰

Brilliant, when is it available to move in? I can offer a half sucked gobstopper as a deposit if needed. NB, I have not got to the aniseed part and that IS the best bit........

I have a building exactly like this on my estate somewhere. I think it's used for garden tools and such.

                  Another amazing creation, John πŸ‘

John, another lovely scene. You hit the nail on the head with the weathering on the brick. But what's with the wire running across the front of the building? One would thgink people who keep up such a nice home would balk at that. But like people here, with their ugly satellite dishes, I guess having that internet service or cable TV trumps everything. Thanks for posting.

BTW, on that small historic building - we believe its small enough that the code will allow only one exterior exit, so it looks like we wont be adding that stair addition.

Thank you everyone for your kind words.

Carsten, a good guess! the last time I was in Germany everyone drove a VW or a derivative πŸ˜† . I found the driving standards to be way higher in Germany than it is here.
Mike and Steve, these are properties out of reach of us commoners πŸ˜’ I can barley afford to model them anymore.
Daniel, IMHO it would look better without the staircase. The cables are still a common sight in rural areas. Since privatisation of the utilities it's probably unviable to bury them , not sure if there is any regulations involved? TIG would know better.

                        thanks John
