      Hey,
I've just bought a brand new laptop and it continually crashes, usually without giving a bug report, and mostly at random times; regardless if a large file, a small file or even sometimes an empty file is open. The file sizes I've tried range from a few Mb to 150 Mb, time to crash ranges from a few seconds to about 15 minutes. On occasion I get a bug splat, I'm not sure on which files to share if the bug report helps so I attached some files that i think are related to the bug report.

      OS - Windows 8.1
      Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz, 2195 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
      RAM - 8GB DDR3
Harddrive - 256GB SSD - 2x 456GB HDD (so far all my files are on my SSD)
GPU - Geforce GTX 950M (downloaded newest available driver)
      System Manufacturer ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
      System Type x64-based PC

      Running sketchup pro - 2015 64bit

I've tried turning OpenGL hardware acceleration on and off and it doesn't seem to make a difference in how long it takes to crash. Right now i'm trying the 32bit version of sketchup to see if anything changes.
Any help or ideas would be greatly apperciated!

I'm having this same issue. Try to print to Bluebeam PDF. Monitors will just go black without warning. It's a graphics issue. I hit ENTER and I get the monitors up and running again.
At that point I see an error window:

        NVIDIA OpenGL Driver

The NVIDIA Open GL Driver lost connection with the display driver due to exceeding the Windows Time-Out limit and is unable to continue.
        the application must close.

        Error code: 7
