L A modern

White boxes with blue green glass with ten foot ceilings and a floor plan for indoor outdoor entertaining. There is a bank of operable clerestory windows on both sides of the fireplace wall that provide ventilation and light to the kitchen / family room as well as the bedroom hallway.
I was thinking Los Angeles or maybe Palm Springs for the location.
As always, comments welcome.
Hope you like it.PS: Sorry about the Kriptonyte green glass, don't know what happened, it read a much lighter blue/green on my pics.

Good looking design, Hector. It could use some texturing, and not sure about looking at the world through green-tinted glasses. But hey, whatever floats your clients boat.
Palm Springs has a hot desert climate, so I would expect to see wide overhangs all around.

Not all modern houses in Palm Springs have big overhangs. Those that do have so much glass it hardly helps. They have plenty of money to run the air conditioners the whole time!
Thanks for sharing!

I like the simple illustration style you came up with. Clean and uncluttered. The photo real sky as a back drop somehow works with this npr presentaion. Nice Job.

I have a great mid-century Modern project going on in LA myself, so I appreciate this cool retro-modren kind of aesthetic. NOTE" Be prepared to have your Landscape Architect show more xeriscape than lawn, and maybe that swimming pool ends up being a really really big water-wise desert terrarium. .. but other than that-- Looks great.
I would tone down the green a tad for your low-E glass.

Classic. Will you eventually do renders? Would love to see some.
