PLS HELP:How To Create/Make My Fountain with sprinkle real??

Dear Exsperts,
I am studying to create a design (swimming pool) with Sketcup and Vray for rendering process. I have done as attached picture below. I need your help about "how to create/ step by step" about:
- How to make the fountain water looks real, shiny when reflected by lights....
- When fountain falls into the pool, how to make it sprinkled?
- In the whirlpool water, how to make it real with bubbles?
Please need your help...highly appreciate with your help...
