Sketchup will not load

I installed a plugin to sketchup 8 and the program crashed out and will not load up - it starts to load with the instructor and then crashes and gives me an error message

So, remove that plugin and try to contact its author about the error message. Many plugin authors no longer support SketchUp v8.
