[plugin idea] hide double edges in different context

I just gave it a try. It almost works perfectly.
I started on the left. Second from right is the results after running the plugin. Note on the right that the interior faces didn't get hidden. The seams still show because those faces bleed through.
After manually hiding the internal faces.
I wonder if it could be made to be one step undo-able, too.
