Not sure if this is the right place for this extension feature request.

I'd like to copy the dimensions from Get Dimensions extension to the iMac clipboard.
I'll then copy to my notes and will have it available on my iPad and iPhone notes.

      Something like:

      Get Dimensions

      Barry's SuperCool SketchUp Plan.skp

      Barry's Supercool Component

      Width: .....
      Height: .....
      Depth: .....

So you would go through each individual component one at a time and get it's dimensions to add to a text file? The CutList plugin would make that a whole lot easier.

Even if it's only one component in your SKP file, export the CSV file from CutList and add that to your text file.

Too much mucking about with CL.

Just want a simple Copy to Clipboard.
Selected component(s) or All option would be very cool.

Sounds like more mucking about to me but whatever.

if you find one of the plugins to generate what you want, the copying to clipboard is easy on a mac...

but, generating a report for 'clipboard' is a bit pointless when you could write straight to notes or messagebox...

have you used the 'Generate Report' plugin?

what more or less are you hoping for...
