Walk Tool - Dumb Question

OK - It has been a year since I used the Walk tool and I have a REALLY dumb question: How to I get it to turn on?
Yes, I went an looked at the Knowledge Center and even watched a tutorial. I have done it before but it has been so long I do not remember how to get it to work. I positioned the camera and first clicked on the Position Camera tool and set the starting point and height but the Walk tool stays grayed out. What the heck am I missing?

Told you it was a DUMB question. I generally never use the perspective view so I did not even think of it and it is not mentioned and any of the info I researched.
