    It looks like SP doesn't work on small object.

    Is there any known limit dimension to work with ?
    Moving a circle under 30 millimeter of diameter seems doesn't work for me.
    Am I doing something wrong ?

      SketchUp has a built-in tolerance of 1/1000" - which is under 1mm.
      SP is likely to be very similar...
      How many sides does your circle have ?
      How long is each segment ?

      It should Move OK, provided you are moving it > ~1mm 😕

      How are you trying to Move it ?
      How far are you trying to Move it ?
      Can you Move it by two clicks, for 'start' >>> 'destination' points ?
      After clicking the 'start' point, if you type the Move distance + <enter> what happens ?
      You have left out much vital info...

        This is sketchy physics too, are you understanding what you want to move, unless the geometry is grouped it is irrelevant.

          Hi TIG,
          what I'm sayng here is that I applied the motor function to a small cylinder rotating horizontally ( it's 5 mm thick and 30 mm in diameter) , I discovered that it remains stationary till I resized it to over 100 mm in diameter .

            Hi BOX,
            I know some tips and tricks about SP learned from you all ( the experts)and watching some tutorial video from you-tube.
            What I found is something weird, not reported anywhere !!!! ❓

              So it's not a 'Move' at all !
              It's a Rotation ?
              Is it to do with decimal degrees ?

                You might try changing the worldscale in the sketchy physics settings. I'm nowhere near a current sketchup installation or I would try it and tell you the outcome.

                  YES mptaK , you are right.
                  I changed the world scale in SP and now it works great . 👍

                  One more question for you all.

                  Why the function ICON applied to a small object ( a hinge or a spring) remain so huge and always have to resize it . Any tips to modify the scale of it too ??

                    SP probably has minimum mass of 0.001. Any lower mass will have the body acting as static. To increase mass, select the desired body, open SP UI, enable the scripted field checkbox, and paste this code:
                    onstart { this.setMass(1.0) }

                    Change the 1.0 mass value into any desired mass.

                      I have a similar problem to Redblock. Where does one change the world scale, and ditto the query about over-sized joints when working on small dimension models. I'm working on a bicycle chain of approximate true size.
                      Anton, tried your idea but nought came of it. BTW, using SP3.5.6 in SU2014
