Geo location doesnt work

Im using sketchup 8 and cant get the geo location to work. I even downloaded version 2014. Still same problem. When I grab the picture, nothing happens.

there was an issue way back when we were all using v8...

I have safari version 6.6.6. Any other suggestions?

I just tested and it still works in v8 for me, but I'm on Safari 8.0.2 with the latest Flash plugin...
does 3d warehouse work?

Yes, 3d warehouse works. I will have to do a workaround since I don't have time to figure this out. Its weird though because two months ago it worked fine. Not sure what has changed. Frustrating program.
