Rendering Stains!?

Hi to all! Am quite new but i made some renders!
I made a render 4000x3000 and when the render was finished i spot some stains in the wall! (attached image ) can u help me to understand why they come out and how to solve this problem!
Also some white dots in this part! (Image 2)Thnx !

Hi. Try to check the Sub Pixel Mapping under Color Mapping tab, or increase Subdivs under Irradiance Map Hsph to 60-80 and Interpolation Samples to 50-60. Light cache should be 800-1200-1600 for interior renderings. Hope this helps
