Layout view doesn't match SU scene

I am having trouble with my layout file. I have the camera set in parallel proj and the view set to top in the model scene. When I put the scene in layout, it looks like the camera is a few degrees off and it looks like a skewed perspective drawing.

Does the scene name for the viewport in LO show as modified?
Could you post an example LO file that shows this? No need to post the SKP file, too.
