Resellers - how long does it take to send new codes?

I'm curious - how long does it take your SKetchUp reseller to send you the authorization codes for the new V15?
Last time, when we went from v13 to v14 it took mine 7 days. This time it's 8 days and counting. I would imagine it should take a minute - even batch process it but maybe there's more to it.

2 days for me, here in Australia, (but, anyway, we now have 30 days before the trial runs out).

Good thing we have a 30 day trial indeed. I'm still waiting...
Edit: last response from my reseller today is:

I can't really believe this or is anyone else experiencing this problem?

It took about 2 hrs on from the news release from our resellers - http://www.see-it-3d.co.uk/ for the licenses to be forwarded through on 04/11/2014.

Turns out there were more resellers in the Netherlands who were having problems. They blame their distributor. After 3 weeks (21 days) I know one reseller that started passing codes. Later that week (25 days) mine came through.
