      Hi there β˜€

      I love SketchUp, R U with me ?
Had that slight problem with grid settings, cannot find them. Could you please provide me with detailed information where to look for it. Would be really grateful!

What "grid setting" are you referring to? There is no native gid to display in SketchUp like you might find in other programs. If you learn to use the inferencing and navigation, you won't need it. There is at least one plugin in the SCF Plugin Store that can display a grid of construction lines if you really must have a grid but I think it is best to first learn what you can do without a grid.

When I try to move objects the movement is not precise, it jumps so that's why I thought there is grid active in SketchUp.]

Do you have length snapping enabled in Model Info/Units? If so, that would result in the jumpy movements. Turn it off and things should smooth out. You'll probably want to modify your starting template to get rid of length snapping, too.

There are some default templates that have that length snapping enabled. It's is a model preference, not a global Sketchup preference.

You should create a default template with that preference to your liking.
