Cant download 3d models

For some reason downloading objects from the warehouse and adding text has stopped working for me. When I open old files it works, if i start a new file it works, but once i create a building it stops working. Any ideas? Ive tried it twice

You might try clearing the Internet Explorer cache with SketchUp closed. Then reopen SketchUp and try again.

I also just tried deleting sketchup and reinstalling it and even with creating new documents it does not work
