LOW POLY GALLERY

Nice one. Great example and reminder of the power of UV mapping, probably something that doesn't get done enough in Sketchup. Although I'm not sure at what point it would become more efficient on memory to use it in an "average" size static model?

very interesting

Reminds me of Micro Machines when I was a kid
-
Seems PaperBox spirit!

Another example, i know they are very toon like but i like toon art but with practice realistic models work too
-
They are so cool, I'd like to use them in a photo-real render for shits and giggles.
-
And another i just done tonight
-
i love the cartoonish video game style

-
great thread!
-
Indeed. Fun stuff.
-
Please by all means share your low poly models.
Ihope to learn from your examples too -
-
Elmer that's not bad at all, love it
-
Seriously man thats amazing!! I love them!
I've been doing something similar with low poly interiors for external architectural renders for years. All the materials are on one large map so that I only have one material covering maybe 20 items, stops my material palette becoming too heavy!
-
Man, you're always doing something interesting. Good job on these!
