Easy Clay/Chalk type render

Hi, I'm looking for a simple approach to achieving a quick Clay or Chalk style render for some SKP models, I'm aware of Shaderlight etc having that mode available but is there any other way to achieve a similar result? Thanks

Kerkythea can do clay renders. I expect almost any rendering app can do them. When I read chalk, I think of this sort of thing.
