Mavericks - Textures zip. files

Downloaded one of Rich O's woodgrain packs from the store. Thanks Rich! Instructions say unzip and drag to Sketchup/Materials folder. When I go to the download there is no zip. extension, file says sic-wood-full. Question is did Mavericks unzip the file for me on the download? Old guy learning new stuff and some of it gets a little confusing at times. thanks, chuck.

On Mac double clicking a zipped folder unzips it into that folder as far as I am aware.
Unzipping is a core utility in Mac That requires no special treatment.
So if you double clicked the zipped folder already then you are good to go.
