Editable text in Component Options

Hello,
I have a question to which I don't seem to have the answer, but I don't think is too difficult. Just can't figure it out.
In attached example a block with in the Components Options the ability to change settings of Length , width and height. Dimensions will change accordingly.
Also a text is added. This text I would like to be able to alter into the Component Options.
Example: this block is called Block1. In the options I should have the option to add a name, and this name shows on the position where the text is now.Anybody can help with that?

the content of text and labels are not dynamically controllableYou can place dimensions to show or hide
or call the alert message box to show data using the interact hand / finger
as per example attached
