Vray 2.00.24261 Vray RT error?

Hi! I installed Vray 2.00.24261 when i try to activate vray-RT it doesn't work.
can anyone help me with this issue?Thanks.

yes. my only problem is the vray-RT.

You need to be sure to have XMLDRSpawner running (it should be started when you load our plugin, but some people like to close it for some reason), and if you have DR enabled, you need to be sure that all referenced spawners are running the same version as what you have installed to SketchUp. Also, are you doing a CPU or GPU RT render?
