Something New in 3D Warehouse
-
-
What?
-
You have to check out @SketchUp on Twitter.
-
I did... I followed the link, just wasn't sure what I was looking for.
-
Have another look.
-
"Something hiding in the home page of #3dwarehouse today... Who can find it?"
All I can find is that the 3DWH seems to be running real slow
-
I didn't see anything... Except that the home page was full of stadiums.
-
Is it running V.E.R.Y S.L.O.W.L.Y for you too Kris?
-
You might say that?
-
Appears to be working fine for me now. "Terms of use have been updated" is the only 'new' thing I've noticed.
-
Try input: ββββββββBA [return] at 3DW homepage.
-
Contra4EVAH!
-
How did you know that and what is this about?
-
If you type correctly, you can enter a hiden page. A lot of classic arcade cabinets there. Good luck.
-
So I noticed, but what is the purpose? Thumbs up to the dedicated individual who modeled all the arcade games.....or is that the hook? - that these arcade games are auto generated and we're all about to be out of work

Its cool, I'm just amazed at the volume - I can barely get around to throwing a water balloon at someone for april fools let alone modeling a TON of arcade games....

we don't know the details of how it came to be.. maybe someone drew the collection for other reasons but it was used for this.. etcetc.
but yeah, to me personally- i can steer it into the "what a waste of time" territory if i cared enough
..
but you know what they say-- all work and no play.... -
Yep, thats why I pondered whether we're all out of work thanks to a new drawing system - I couldn't imagine a human sitting down to draw all this - how did we figure out how to access it anyway?

aw ashscott.. bad childhood i take it?
less cryptic version-- upupdowndownleftrightleftrightBAstart is the cheat code for 100 lives in the classic nintendo video game, Contra
you could ask me "what's the contra code" in 50 years from now and i'm pretty sure i'll remember without stopping to think.. for whatever reason, it's burned on the memory of anybody who used to play the game.
