Letters to gcode

Does anyone know if there is a plugin that will convert the letters in sketchup to a format that platscript will translate correctlty to gcode?

What input file type do you need to give to Platscript? There are several plugins that will export G-code out of SketchUp directly. A Google search will turn up some choices.

Phlatscript, now named SketchUcam, does export to g-code. Use the 3D Text tool to make the letters, and uncheck the Extruded option. I am just assuming you are trying to export 2D screen text..
