Create Shape with no fill in LAyout 3

I have been trying to navigate LayOut3 to draw shapes without fill. Did search for topic in help and it says to go to Shape Style and click on no fill. Can't find anywhere within Shape Style to turn off fill.

They gave you a handy button labeled 'Fill'.
