How 'clever' is CL3VER?

Luca, I have downloaded and am using the FREE version. However, I am having problems getting my models to load correctly. I like what I see but cannot recommend purchasing it until I can build a presentation using one of my models. I tried emailing the support group but was told they do no provide support for the free version. I fully understand that but if I cannot get one of my models to load correctly, how do I proceed?
One of the other questions I have is about SketchUp scenes. Are they supported? If so, how do I get them to show up in the project?
Starting this afternoon, it "hangs" every time I try to load a model (including the sample models). I like what I see in the samples but cannot get to a good starting point.
BTW: I think the video in the webinar is provided me with more useful information that any of the other tutorials.
I really would like to make this work but the quote I have from the sales is $1,500 per year. That is a lot if I cannot even get a presentation going. The sales quote also says 48hr email support. If I am in a crunch to provide a presentation (which I anticipate happening more than once ), that is not very responsive. Have you given any thought to having a support team here in the U.S.? I think it might help your product sale.
Hi Dave, I have talked to the support team and is seems that the problem you're having is not related to the importing since you have correctly imported the model into your project and published it. If there is any problem of importing with a specific file you have to send the file to support@cl3ver.com so we can replicate the error and provide you with a complete answer.
We have a SketchUp plugin that you can download from sketchucation http://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=Cl3ver or from teh official SketchUp extension warehouse http://extensions.sketchup.com/en/content/cl3ver.
We don't have any issue open on the SketchUp plugin, neither in the platform and projects loads fine. So if you cannot open a specific project please contact with support@cl3ver.com and provide screenshots of the error/problem to better understand the issue.
I hope this message can be helpful for you and the SketchUcation community.

Glad to report that I have made some progress this morning. If you look at my project today you will see that I have added some cameras, panels, and a couple of buttons. I am still confused on how others have included more that one SU scene in their projects. In particular, I see several people have both exterior and interior views of their models. In my particular case, I have a model that has scenes where only certain pieces of equipment in my car wash are visible. What I ultimately want to do is start with an "overview" of all of the equipment in the car wash with a panel that lists each piece of equipment. When the viewer clicks on the name of the equipment I want only that piece of equipment. In SU I have put each piece of equipment in the car wash on a separate layer. I then created a scene for each piece of equipment where it is the only thing visible in that scene (all other equipment has it's visibility turned off).
If I can figure out how to accomplish that, I think I am "off to the races". From what I have seen in other demos I think this should be possible.

CL3VER has released the iOS App [anchor=available for free on the App Store goto=https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cl3ver/id924591911?ls=1&mt=8:1ngnrrkn]available for free on the App Store[/anchor:1ngnrrkn].
The App brings interactive 3D presentations created with the CL3VER platform to iPad and iPhones, offering the same experience as on desktop devices without the need to adapt the scene. Just tried the SketchUp 2015 plugin and it worked great. I was relieved because I also tried bringing in a Max version of the same model through the 3ds Max plugin and it was an absolute disaster; but that's a topic for another forum.
I have followed Cl3ver for some time and it seems to be on the verge of breaking out as a widely useful and impressive platform. Then I got a price quote I immediately notified potential clients that using the platform is cost prohibitive with the current pricing scheme.
Maybe Cl3ver will retain a few high profile enterprise clients for a short time with the current pricing; but between Unity, Autodesks own acquisition of bitsquid, and even PlayCanvas very close to delivering the same experience I would think Cl3ver would want to be in the position of securing market share rather than the few companies that would seriously consider this fitting in a budget.

Creating browser based interactive 3D presentations from SketchUp models now costs $50 per month. [anchor= goto=http://www.cl3ver.com/blog/cl3ver-announces-new-pricing-at-aia-convention-2015/:3jaeefi8]CL3VER announces new pricing[/anchor:3jaeefi8].

Stating CL3VER is available at $50 per month is very misleading. For one thing it's paid upfront annually, so it's $600 per year not $50 per month. This is just for a User License. Then in order to publish the presentations the cost is $99, $199 per project. $399 per month billed annually, which is again misleading because this is $4,788 per year.
These costs are fixed, no matter how big or how small the presentations are or much traffic/clicks they get, you still have to pay full price. CL3VER is unmatched as an interactive 3D presentation platform. This is creating a sort of Monopoly, therefore they can charge these exorbitant rates.
The next closest platform I can find is SketchFab which boasts about 1% of the options that CL3VER has, but it's only $29 a month total for unlimited uploads.
If anyone knows of an alternative that lies in between SketchFab and CL3VER, I would be appreciative.

Have you looked at Spread3d?

It's pretty amazing the things this program can do!... if you're ever able to figure it out.
Jesus. I've been struggling so hard for the past 2 weeks trying to get a simple presentation to work. It's scary to see that people have had some of the same problems for years now. I've got my money, in hand ready to shell out a whopping $4200 a year ($600 to use the program, $300 a month to display unlimited models) but I'm having SO many problems trying to get it to work!
The tutorials only cover so much, and you're left fending for yourself to figure it out. Also, Good Luck contacting Customer Support, I've gotten 2 responses back out of ~6 emails? According to the website they're only even available 6 hours a day, 4 days a week, so support is obviously not much concern for them there. Oh, did I mention, it crashes mercilessly? Seriously. I expect to reload the browser no less than 5 times in a 2 hour period (mostly when attempting to preview). Oh God, and there's no undo button so be careful!
I would pay for customer support, if that's what it took! I want this program so badly, there's nothing like it. This program could be HUGE in the design world, if it wasn't so buggy, hard to learn, or as expensive (though, I can deal with the price). Unfortunately I really don't think it's near ready. I love this program. but I'm trying so hard to make it feasible, and getting nothing in return from the program, or the company.
Hopefully there is a community out there for tutorials, or just other users because that is the only way I can see me moving forward. My boss has given me 2 more days to figure this out before he scraps this "venture" completely.
TL;DR I love CL3VER, but CL3VER "wants to see other people".
