Sorry, I don't regularly read through this forum looking for posts about BuildEdge. Also, as luck (bad luck, that is) our "Contact Us" page is broken and we are not receiving emails! For future reference, submitting a ticket to Help Desk through our main site is the best way to get in touch with us.
As to your question, as of now, we are using the same security as we were before. You will need to be connected to the internet to initially authorize. After that, it will attempt to check in every few weeks to verify that you have not moved the security.
As long as you have a connection at install and are connected occasionally as you run, you should be good!

That is great-- if it actually works. Continuous connection is not given, even when your provider has promised it. Also I have some software that requires me to refresh the license by going to the website, every time I move my laptop to my office or home. Not too nice.

I know that it is not the perfect solution, and that security, of any kind, can be a pain, but we have attempted to create a solution that is as easy as possible and a staff that is quick to respond to customer issues (when our site is not dumping our contact us emails, that is!).
Hopefully security does not cause too many issues for you all,

We ARE working on a new version but, as often happens in software development, it is taking a little longer than I had originally hoped.
Judging from the picture above, it looks like you have a corrupted dynamic component.
Submit a ticket to our help desk here: http://www.buildedge.com/help/index.php?a=add
The guys on the help desk should be able to get this fixed and get your windows looking nice again.

i have only a new document without any other objects. i have have never sent so many bugreports to a developer. -

Hi Aaron,
i downloaded the Build edge Plan and installed it on diverent Versions of Sketchup.
it is not possible to test it, allways i get the message "Build Edge pro has expired". 3 years ago i worked with this Plugin and Sketchup 2014, I was very pleased and all worked fine. i also tryed to install my old version, but i think it's not longer working, the last years i had not installed Sketchup and Build Edge plan.
Now i would buy Build edge plan, but when i click on "buy" I will be forwarded to a Domain "http://store.buildedge.com/" Where there is no possibility to buy the Plugin ???
Please send me information how i can buy Build edge plan.
