Not receiving a link for a trial download of Vray for SKP?

Hi,
I am trying to get a 30 day trial download of Vray for sketchup to use with my Sketchup 8 Pro. When I enter my email address and captcha on the site it says they will email me a download link for the free trial, however the only email I get from them afterwards is just a generic mailing list marketing email - no link. I've tried this with two different emails and had a colleague try too. Anyone had a similar problem and managed to resolve it?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
