Stretch or scale by two points

Whether you use the native scale tool or FredoScale, if you stretch the door frame and the opened door, the door will become distorted. You'll need to either close the door or handle them separately. You could do it without a plugin using the Move tool instead of Scale. Or you can use FredoScale on the door frame and then the door.

It can be done with FredoScale (Box Stretching to Target). Door has to be closed prior to the operation in case you want precision.
I just found that "Box Stretching to Target" icon is not on the toolbar of v2.2 as the tutorial video shows it is, however you can access the tool from menu bar instead. -
