Thea output...
Blender Internal Output...
Raw SketchUp with Baked Textures...

The blender output is the best and lighting is very real than the Thea render...

Well done Rich.

Well the lighting conditions & materials seem quite different in the two renders...

Blender was lit by enviroment default
Thea by HDR and the mats in Thea were tweaked different to Blender.
Here's the UV maps used...
Didn't really invest time in Thea setup. Was messing around with the GPU rendering. Shame there's no shadpw catcher yet. Or am I missing a setting?

Hi Rich,
I really like the model and renders. Like the Blender one the most. Did you model the chair in SU or Blender?

Modeled Sub-D in Blender and unwrapped

Seems you make a little slowly glissade toward Blender!

No, just added it to my workflow. Amazing tool and the perfect partner for those in the SketchUp world.

Shadow catcher material doesn't work with GPU - yet...
Works well for all CPU render options...
