I use sketchup in interior design and spend most of the time building kitchens, work is a daily procedure which I hardly change lately, but I spend that much time importing and looking trough libraries to get the components...

I decided to get into DC's so that I'll work on that one dynamic component until it fills my needs...

I'd need some expert advice though, the 'children' that I resize get their position scaled too, and I could not figure out how to keep them in the exact XYZ...

      any help ?

I'll attach the DC, I know whoever is gonna help is going to ask that

ps: I work with Italian, so terms and labels are not English

        Hi Gert-Jan

My method is to place the groups in the desired locations, then right click each one and change the axis so that I can locate a common point. Then figure out the formulas, copy the common ones through.

I updated your component to suit, also added variables to cover the width and height without directly exposing lenY, lenZ this avoids the blanks between option changes.

        Cheers
        Philip
