without more explanations, it seems difficult to help...
you could open the ruby console and copy here the error message, if anyor
use this plugin instead

The problem is with Artisan. So, because I don't use artisan, I put them off.

Hi, not familiar with the plugin you mentioned but you might want to check [Re]Scene which also is capable of renaming all your scenes.
