i can't seem to change the radius of the smoove tool in sandbox when using 2013. works fine in su 8, even with the same files. is this a bug, or is it just my computer?

works for me
hint: explode the grid before smooving
click mouse to box, type in radius, then it will turns yellow, then radius circle will apear to the mouse as being yellow too. -
It works for me also.
Hit Enter after you type the new radius.
