i can't seem to change the radius of the smoove tool in sandbox when using 2013. works fine in su 8, even with the same files. is this a bug, or is it just my computer?

works for me

hint: explode the grid before smooving
click mouse to box, type in radius, then it will turns yellow, then radius circle will apear to the mouse as being yellow too.

Hit Enter after you type the new radius.
