      Hi,

I cant seem to find this problem listed, although i'm sure it must have been mentioned.

I have an extensive component library but have noticed recently that some components that I have created, when selected jump to a place in the model (I think its to the place they were originally created) rather than being brought in via the mouse and placed where required. This can be frustrating to find where the component has "landed", especially if the model is large.

Does anybody know why this might be happening, and how to fix the issue?

      Thanks

      Oly

Make sure that the component axis is at the point you want the component "glued" to the mouse while inserting from the component library...

Those components were created to be geo-located. You could explode the components and remake them to undo that. Or you could bring the components into a blank model one at a time and remove the geo-location under Model Info.

This isn't a bug so I moved the post out of the bugs forum.

Thank you Dave! That sorted it, I turned off geo-location exploded the component, recreated it and saved.

            Thanks again.
