Settings unavailable!

Hi...
After installing Vray for sketchup on my laptop I discovered that some of the settings is unavailable.
Example:
- The environment settings can't be turned up and down.
- Ambient Occlusion radius is not available.
- The shutter speed is not available
These are just some of the things that isn't working,
It seems as my computer is missing a driver or something! Its not a demo!
Have I forgot to click on something or is my computer just to old? (4 years PC)
I hope someone can help

there are certain controls that are disabled until you have another setting enabled or set to a given value.
