SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Hi all, I've been getting a "SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]
Too many connections [1040]
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists." alternating with "Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL." When I try to log on here.
Anyone else having that trouble?

Not today, but it lasted for several hours a couple of days ago.

Thank you Alan, but I'm still getting them, seems like I'm stuck in some loop from when the site was down for a few hours. I'm getting here now, through links to here from the Trimble SketchUp forum.
I guess I need to delete my browser history(I hope).
