How to align views in layout 3

Hi all
How do you align views in layout?
I have a elevation, plan and side view (scenes) and i want to accurately align from in my layout sheet

You can move the center indicator in one viewport to a corner or endpoint on the model. Then you can move the viewport so that corner or endpoint snaps to a corresponding corner in the other viewport. Look for Precise Move in the help files.

i have a drawing in LO where the locator won't snap to an edge
any ideas on this?Andrew

Maybe you have Object snapping turned off? Look under the Arrange menu.
