A 56 year old family company that has very good brand recognition and brand loyalty here. It's currently sold in grocery lines as well as online however we're in discussions already with an exporter to over 20 countries that will take it abroad.
It's a business for my wife to run while I keep doing what I do but in time I guess end up moving into it also.
An incredible effort on her part to negotiate this and is still all too surreal to know as of next tuesday we will continue the legacy.
Told her I'm happy to do R&D, sit in a creek full of mozzies with RID applied, drinking beer and fishing...

@mics - yes, bought the company, trademarks and patents in full. they wanted to sell because she is widowed and her children don't want to take it over and she is wanting to retire.
