Ruby plugins cant install help

hey guys iam a newbie here and in sketchup i got the program for hobby and i loved it but i got a problem that i cant find the solution in Google so i was hopping for a help from experts. The ruby plugins in extensions there in no install browser iam lost atm.

Shure that you have the latest version? The rbz-extension are new (since V.8 M2?)...

If you don't upgrade rename the extension ###.rbz to ###.zip then extract to plugins folder.
