    Adjust imported image texture on a curved surface?

      In my models I do a lot of quick and dirty painting with jpg images as textures. On flat surfaces I can right click and get texture position/sizing options. However not so on a curved surface. What is the best way to adjust textures on a curved surface?

        It depends how cirved it is - or what you need to achieve. You can wrap a texture around a curved surface but other than a cylinder (which only curves in one direction) this won't work. If your curve does not go completely around (or better: does not even reach 180 degrees) projecting the image is a good way to go (you can first position it on a flat face and sample the image from there).

        Then there are plugins you can use - and of course, the "toppest-nochest" one is SketchUV:
