Sketchup standard drawing symbols

Is there a plugin or any chance of making sketchup into a fully functional BIM tool?, such as making a style where we can see a section cut with standard line symbols, earth symbols, concrete cut, brick, etc. that usually find find in construction drawing. So architects using sketchup wont bother about the standard construction drawing symbols??

You probably ought to take a look at Nick Sonder's videos.
You can make section cuts already, add faces to the section cuts if you wish and you can apply materials. You don't need any other plugins for that. Symbols and other text are best done in LayOut, not SketchUp.
