Problem importing 3D model in GE

Hi,
I'm building my first built 3D model I wish to import in GE.
In order to check my work I'm using the preview to see the build in GE.
The problem is that when I import the preview model his vertical position changes. So I have a model separated from the terrain.
I already imported the terrain by "toogle terrain" and adjusted the elevation of the model but the result in GE is different from what I see in Sketchup.
I also tried to adjust the elevation until obtaining the perfect position in GE. It looks working but when I restart sketch up nothing change.
What can I do?

Could you post the model so we can see it?
You might try importing the location again into a new SketchUp file and then copy and paste the building from the old file to the new. Maybe you managed to corrupt something when you were working with it the first time.
