Issue installing ROUNDCORNER 2.3 and LIBFREDO6 4.7

Hello,
I tried to find some hints in this forum, but with no success to solve my issue:
I installed (SU 8.0 PRO, Windows 7 PRO 64-bit) both Plugins above as per the directions supplied... and I am pretty certain, that I have the right files in the right locations/folders. Still won't work, i.e. on SU startup, I am getting an LOAD ERROR window containing the following message (sorry, in German... it says ERROR LOADING FILE... xxxx.rb).Is there anything I have overlooked?
Any other ideas?Thanks a lot,

undefined method `effective_load' for nil:NilClass] -
Ensure that you have FULL security-permissions to your Plugins folder [select its icon, context-menu Properties > Security > Edit...].
With limited permissions the files/subfolders might look OK, but are really put into a VirtualStore - 'Compatibility Files...' ...I think that you have NOT installed the files properly.
Reread the two threads and ensure that the various file/subfolders - names and structure - match exactly.
If the files are correctly installed then the tool WILL work after a restart of SketchUp.
