Info About 3D basecamp videos.

%(#000040)[Hey I am new here ! I was looking for Videos of Sketchup Basecamp 2012 recently held in in Boulder But couldn't find any.
Can anyone tell when will they be uploaded on youtube or other sites?
Please help..i am getting very impatient here.

Might as well relax. There wasn't much of Basecamp that was covered by video. Maybe some stuff from the first day but I don't think any of the unconferences were taped. I'd watch the SketchUpdate blog for possible video links.

Unfortunately this is most probably the case. The only BaseCamp that was properly shot was in 2008 - in the main GooglePlex in Mountain View (you can imagine the resources there). Last time (in 2010) only the keynote presentation (announcing SU
was taped as well. Maybe this time too - but certainly not much else. -
Thats a sad sad news.. thought this time would be better coverage cos trimble has something to prove...also lot of new plugin developer might want to use this platform to reach to the larger audience..anyway request to the people who attended basecamp to share their experiences.

I don't think Trimble has anything to prove.
You can find various blog posts with reports from Basecamp with a simple Google search.

I took iPhone video of some of the speakers at the Boulder Cimema, Bryn F and John B, telling us sbout the direction SketchUp will be tsking under Trimble ownership. The sound is fine but the visual quality is not good as I shot from a distance.
I am not sure of these announcers where officially videoed, hope so! In any case I will be doing an article in next month's edition of CATCHUP and linking to my cleaned up vids.
