How can i create a spline in SU?

I want to create a slab similar to the one in the image i have attached so i can create a slab in that shape, however, i don't have a spline tool in order to create that shape.
The closest thing i can do, is use circles and trim, however, that doesn't give me the same shape.
What plugin would i need to dl so i can create those odd shapes?
