New update to Sketchup 8 has removed my sandbox and plugins
-
I loaded the new update to sketchup 8 this evening only to find that the ruby scripts and the plugin i use have been removed along with the sandbox where they were located. The plugins are still in the plug in folder but they aren't in the latest version of sketchup. Has anyone any ideas or have they experienced the same issue.

Maybe try Menu Window / Preference / Extension ?

i have checked the extensions and they are no longer in there either

Check to see that you still have full administrative rights to the Plugins folder. If you don't, make it so you do.

i had to reload the previous version of sketchup prior to the "trimble" update. All the scripts etc are working fine again now. Thanks for the suggestions

Doesn't sound like a solution though. Because you're not using the latest version now?
