Toolbar docking

I'm sure this question has been asked and answered, but I can't seem to find it. How can I lock (pin, dock what ever the proper verb is) toolbars, specifically plugin toolbars so the window looks the same every time I open Sketchup? They just seem to float and don't move when I move the entire window around or they get hidden when I move various windows around. How can I get it so they will show up in the same place every time I open Sketchup? I am working on a Mac and the free version of SU 8.
