SU 8 Plugins Folder

Is there any way to load the basic SU 8 plugins folder contents? I want to replace my current folder contents with the basic files when first installed. I know I've seen something like this on the forum, but just can't find it.

In the plugins folder you should have -
Examples folder
Ocean folder
Utilities folder
examples.rb
ocean_extension.rb
utilities.rb
