Shapebender help needed -PLEASE HELP!

I need to warp a cylinder into a... YES, a bent cylinder! I went to the Shapebender forum, but I am "not authorized" to download the Shapebender plug-in. What do I have to do to get authorized—AND is it legal?
I have a project to get done by tomorrow morning at 8AM, or I'll be going back to Buck's Burger Barn to flip bad burgers.
Anyone?

Where's the Shapebender forum? I've never heard of that forum. Have you tried downloading it from here?
