      Greetings.... Anyone know a method for adding a hole to the side of a round face? I've gotten close using "Shape Bender" by Jim Fullmer but it requires a bunch of line editing and isn't productive if you're doing more than one. See attached JPG for a visual.

        I think you can pushpull, intersect with model and delete the unwanted geometry ...

          You can of course intersect a 4 " dia pipe with your 12" and then delete the unwanted geo but your hole then is an ellipse.
          For an ASTME butt welded tee you can get SU models from sites like engineerintoolbox.com but there may not be a standard for your geo or you can intersect a 4" dia stub on your self. Try search for 4x12 butt welded tee and see what you find
          Just couple of thoughts

            Cotty thanks for the help... I can't beleive I've never used that tool before. I always thought it was to align an object to axes or another object.
