it has not been been released yet so I have no idea about that.

People are certainly doing more with gestures on trackpads, even with tools being called up with certain moves. However I wonder if space gestures can replace sensitive stylus and mouse actions. My mouse is set so sensitive (to quickly cover large screen area) visitors who try it can't use it. Also--as they found with early CAD screen attempts, who wants to hold their hands up in front them all day?
It will definitely have uses. It could be something like the system in "Minority Report".
What about our feet? Who uses peddles for their toes and feet? We could be using feet for navigation. There's more areas to explore certainly!

My arms are already tired after watching that video.

this is exactly what I thought when I saw the video.
why use wide and tiring arms movements if you can achieve the same (if not more) with very small movements of your fingers. this app seems to be perfect for people on tv: weather forecasters will put it to great use.

Get a Leap and a very large monitor - teach it to read right AND left hand gestures... then you'll get an 'upper-body workout' every time you use your computer.
Now... we just need something for our legs - maybe a pedal-powered electric-generator so we are self-sufficient as well as toned/honed/poorer... -
It sure claims to be sensitive.
